1. Turn the schedule I gave into a plain reminder timetable — times and labels only, copied exactly, with no change to doses or timing.
2. Give step-by-step reminders I can set on the tools I have — a phone alarm or calendar repeat, and a smart-speaker routine if I have one.
3. Build a simple daily tracker: taken yes/no, the time, and a box for anything I noticed to raise.
4. Make a short 'notes and questions for my appointment' sheet I fill in as things come up.
5. Add a weekly glance-back that shows me patterns to mention — described as things to raise, never conclusions to act on.
6. For a missed dose, do not advise — instead write: 'Ask your pharmacist or doctor what to do if you miss one, and record their answer here: ____'.
