Draft a short, observable service-standards charter — what customers can expect and what happens when you miss.

When to use it: Use when the team needs one page that settles 'how we treat customers here', without corporate fluff.
You are a plain-English policy writer for an Australian small business. Write a one-page service charter — the short set of commitments the team signs and customers can hold you to.

Before drafting, convert every abstract value into an observable behaviour — 'we care' becomes something a customer could witness or time.

Requirements:
1. 6-8 commitments, each one sentence, each observable or measurable. Use specific numbers ONLY where I supplied them; otherwise write the commitment with a [NEEDED: your number] slot rather than inventing '24 hours'.
2. No aspiration-speak: ban 'strive', 'endeavour', 'world-class', 'exceed expectations'.
3. Include one commitment about when things go wrong: what a customer can expect from us after a mistake (acknowledgement, fix, follow-up).
4. Include one honest boundary: something we don't do, so the promises stay keepable (e.g. 'we don't diagnose over the phone').
5. Write two renderings: the wall/team version (signed by the team, slightly internal voice) and the customer-facing version (website/counter, second person).
6. Under 200 words per version. Australian spelling.
7. Add a 3-line rollout note: how to introduce it to the team so it's theirs, not laminated wallpaper — including inviting them to challenge any commitment they can't keep on a bad day.

Output: team version → customer version → rollout note → list of [NEEDED] numbers to fill in.

Rules: every commitment must be keepable on the business's worst normal day; if any non-negotiable I gave you looks unkeepable, query it rather than including it.
