Before scoring, tailor the checklist: drop items irrelevant to this business model and add the 2-3 items its channel mix makes critical.

Requirements:
1. Produce a 20-item checklist across five areas: reachability, responsiveness, first-contact quality, problem recovery, and after-the-sale.

Output: scored checklist table → gap summary ranked by impact → top-5 quick/proper fixes → 30-day plan → strengths worth keeping.

Rules: be blunt in scores and warm in tone; en-AU spelling; never soften a fail to a partial for encouragement.
