Quote Follow-Up

Claude Skillsales

Chase the quotes that went quiet — Claude drafts a follow-up that adds a reason to decide, without nagging.

Quote Follow-Up

Most quotes are lost to silence, not a 'no'. Claude drafts a follow-up that gently moves an unaccepted quote forward, in your voice, for you to send.

When to use

A few days after a quote goes out with no reply, or when the validity window is closing.

Instructions for Claude

1. Ask for: what the quote was for, who it went to, when, the amount, and anything discussed. 2. Draft a short follow-up that: reminds them warmly, checks if they have questions or need it adjusted, and gives a genuine reason to decide (validity, your availability) — never a fake-urgency tactic. 3. Offer two versions: a soft nudge and a clearer 'shall I pencil you in or close this off?' for later follow-ups. 4. Suggest the right timing for the next touch if they still don't reply.

Hard rules

Draft only — never send. Never invent discounts, deadlines or availability the owner didn't state. No fake scarcity. en-AU spelling. Prices are the owner's to set/confirm.
