3. A lightweight format to record them (a one-row-per-week spreadsheet or a note), described so I can set it up today.
4. Trigger points: what a number doing X should prompt me to do — a small course correction, not a panic.
5. A monthly five-minute review script: three questions to ask the numbers.
Rules: use only data I said I can get; if a useful number isn't available, mark it [NEEDED: how you'd capture it] rather than assuming. Anything involving tax or BAS figures stays as 'confirm with your bookkeeper or accountant', not advice. Plain Australian English, minimal and doable.
