Before scoring anything, work out the 2-3 touchpoints where a ready-to-buy customer is most likely to land for a business of THIS type and location — those weigh more than everything else.

1. Rate each listed touchpoint 1-5 for: accuracy (hours, phone, services), freshness, proof (reviews, photos), and consistency with the others. Base ratings only on what I described.
2. Name the single weakest high-traffic touchpoint — the one losing the most likely customers — with the reasoning in two lines.
3. Flag consistency breaks: name, phone, address or service-area differences across touchpoints, since these also confuse Google and AI assistants.
4. List anything important I did NOT mention that a customer would expect for my trade (e.g. no Google Business Profile at all) as [CHECK: ...] items.
5. Build a fix list ordered by customer impact divided by effort, sized to my stated time and budget: each fix names the touchpoint, the exact change, and a time estimate.
6. End with a monthly 30-minute maintenance loop so it doesn't decay again.
