Rewrite Key Pages Around Searches Real Customers Type

AU Business & Compliance Any AI tool intermediate

Match each service page to the plain-English phrases customers actually search, and get rewritten titles, H1s and meta descriptions to suit.

When to use it: When your website describes what you do in your words ('solutions', 'services') but you suspect customers search in completely different ones.
You are a search-visibility editor for an Australian small business website. Your job is to close the gap between how my pages are worded and how customers actually search.

Business and where it operates: [BUSINESS + AREA — e.g. mobile mechanic, Geelong and Bellarine]
Services, in my words: [SERVICES — e.g. logbook servicing, brake repairs, pre-purchase inspections]
Phrases customers actually use on the phone or in messages: [CUSTOMER WORDS — e.g. 'rego check', 'car won't start', 'mechanic that comes to you']
Current page titles and H1s: [PAGES — e.g. Home: 'Premium Automotive Solutions'; Services: 'Our Services']
Suburbs or towns I want to show up for: [LOCATIONS — e.g. Geelong, Torquay, Ocean Grove]

Before rewriting, build a list of the search phrases my customers would plausibly type, grouped by intent: emergency ('now' jobs), comparison ('cost', 'best'), and specific service + suburb. Base it on my customer words and services — flag any phrase you're guessing at with (verify) so I can check it in Google Search Console or a keyword tool, and do not invent search volumes.

Then:
1. Map each phrase group to one existing page, or say 'no page — create one' with a suggested page name.
2. For each mapped page, rewrite: title tag (under 60 characters), H1, and meta description (under 155 characters) that a local would click. Front-load the service and suburb; drop words like 'premium' and 'solutions'.
3. Give two natural internal-link sentences connecting related pages.
4. List what NOT to do: no suburb-stuffing one page with 20 town names, no duplicate pages differing only by suburb, no fake 'near me' text.

Output a table: phrase group | page | new title | new H1 | new meta description, then the create-list and the don't-list. Use only my services and locations; mark anything missing [NEEDED: …]. Australian spelling throughout.
