1. SEVEN IDEAS targeting that problem, each in three lines: the idea, why it suits my specific business and cycle, and the first concrete step. At least two must use channels I already have, and none may need software I didn't mention.
2. Mark each idea: EFFORT (low/medium) and SPEED (results within weeks or months).
3. THE PICK — which single idea you'd run first inside my stated capacity, and a two-week starter plan for it.
4. THE MEASURE — the one number that tells me repeat business is actually moving (e.g. rebooking rate at checkout), and how to track it with what I have.

Rules: no generic 'start a loyalty program' unless you specify exactly how it works for my cycle and capacity. No invented costs or app names. Australian tone — warm, no hype.
