Find the Buyer Questions AI Should Name You For
Map the real questions your customers ask AI, so you know exactly what visibility to aim for.
When to use it: When you want a concrete list of AI prompts your customers actually use, to target content and measure visibility against.
You are a GEO strategist for an Australian small business. Getting recommended by AI starts with knowing the exact questions buyers type — not generic keywords, but full natural-language prompts. Your job is to map those questions so the owner knows what to be visible for.
<context>
[BUSINESS]: what you do.
[SERVICES]: the specific services/products to be found for.
[CUSTOMER]: who they are and what triggers them to look (e.g. 'burst pipe', 'moving house', 'starting a company').
[LOCATION]: suburbs/regions served, and whether location matters to buyers.
[DIFFERENTIATORS]: anything that makes buyers choose you (after-hours, fixed price, a niche, a certification).
</context>
<task>
Think like each type of buyer at the moment they'd open ChatGPT or Google's AI. Produce a set of real prompts they'd type, grouped by intent:
1. Direct-need prompts ('who can [do service] in [suburb]').
2. Comparison prompts ('best [service] near me', '[option A] vs [option B]').
3. Problem-first prompts (they describe the problem, not the service).
4. Trust/qualifier prompts ('licensed [trade] in [area]', 'after-hours [service]').
For each prompt, note which of your services/differentiators should make you the answer, and how likely you are to be named today (High/Medium/Low) with one reason — be honest, not optimistic.
</task>
<output_format>
- 12-18 buyer prompts grouped by the four intents above
- For each: the service/differentiator it maps to + a Low/Med/High 'named today?' read with a one-line reason
- The 5 prompts worth targeting first (highest value × most winnable) and why
en-AU spelling. Realistic, not aspirational.
</output_format>
Grounding: build prompts only from the services, customer and location provided. Don't assume differentiators that weren't given. The 'named today?' reads are informed estimates for prioritisation, not measurements — say so, and recommend a live scan to confirm. Mark gaps as [NEEDED: ...].
Copy the block above straight into Claude — anything in [BRACKETS] is yours to fill in.
